I totally dig those "click here to chat with a customer service representative now!" features on company websites. Not only does it allow me to take care of business without having to pick up a phone, but it so conveniently allows one to continue surfing the web.
Every once and a while I like to spunk things up and entertain myself by acting a fool with these online service reps. Below are clips from two conversations with various telecommunications reps:
